Shipping & Returns
Shipping:
we will always aim to get your item to you as soon as possible, usually within 2 – 3 working days. This applies to mainland UK only; certain remote / offshore regions may be subject to additional delivery charge and/or delayed.
we only ship to the UK, and will not ship to P.O. Box Delivery.
we only ship to Paypal Confirmed Addresses, or the card holders registered address
Products will be Shipped by Royal Mail recorded delivery or DPD on the Same or Next Business day of receiving full payment
Returns:
Returned goods will be tested by upon receipt. If goods are confirmed as faulty, replacement goods will be shipped to the customer. Our policy is to always replace faulty items. Returned items must be accompanied by a valid invoice or receipt.
Where possible, returned goods must be in their original packaging and, if applicable, accompanied by all original drivers, cables and manuals. Goods must be packaged appropriately. Any returned goods found to be damaged in return transit as result of inappropriate packaging will not be tested or replaced. Anti-static bags should be used with all electro static sensitive items, for example, hard drives, processors and memory
It is the customer's responsibility to ship goods. Middleton computers will not collect faulty items. A full refund will not be issued until the item or items have been returned to us for inspection
Please note: where possible, serial numbers on components are recorded before shipping. Items without serial numbers are security marked
brand new items such as monitors, cameras, printers, data Projectors, Interactive Whiteboards, Branded servers, any brand new laptop, Freecom, Netgear and D-link products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty and should not be returned to Middleton computers. Please return to the manufacturer with their specified procedures. We can supply you with their contact numbers upon request |
